Case B1800007 - City: A variance to grade into the inner 50 feet of the mass transportation corridor overlay I-85 buffer. Case B1800009 City: A minor special use permit to allow access to an outdoor recreational use adjacent to a residential district or use. The subject site is located at 3439 Orangewood Drive and 4900 Hillsborough Road, is zoned Industrial Light (IL), Eno River District B Watershed Overlay; and in the Suburban Tier. Case B1800021 City: A Variance to the requirement that residential units within the Design District shall be raised a minimum of 30 inches above the adjacent street grade. The subject site is located at 425 South Roxboro Street, is zoned Downtown Design Core (DD-C); and in the Downtown Tier. Case B1800024 City: A minor special use permit to allow an alternative street design. The subject site is located at 425 South Roxboro Street, is zoned Downtown Design Core (DD-C); and in the Downtown Tier.
